The following is what I call “Tools to Empower You”. The thoughts and exercises here will assist you in gaining clarity and direction about WHO YOU ARE and WHERE YOU ARE HEADED. You will gain valuable information to jump start you on your way. Remember, what we term “problems” or “issues” are merely learning experiences for growth. Life is meant to be predominantly a happy adventure and NOT a continual struggle to get somewhere with constant drama and negative emotions -- so, shifting your attitude by first examining your beliefs WILL shift your reality. Take time with the following:

Do you remember how to do this? Chances are if you are like most people you have forgotten to just be quiet and peaceful and okay with being truly yourself, by yourself with your own company, doing “nothing”. What will most likely come up for you when you try to do this is “I SHOULD be ________” (doing whatever the fill-in is for you). You may also feel anxious, nervous or stressed. Try just sitting for a few minutes and not distracting yourself by doing something -- do NOTHING--`no meditating, reading, planning out your day or problem solving. It is okay if these thoughts come in but just be the “watcher” and let these thoughts do whatever they want to do. Don’t control them or try to do anything. The degree to which you can “tolerate” this exercise will tell you a great deal about the level of peace and connection you are experiencing in your own life!
How Do I Find My Bliss AND My Life’s Purpose?

These are the MOST important questions you will ever ask yourself. Your entire reason for being here is all about your answers. Make this your priority now! The answers are foundational not only for your happiness but for finding and giving your gifts to the world!
Ask yourself these questions. The information will be very revealing to you. Be okay with WHATEVER comes up for you. No judgments here!

What do you feel the most passionate about?

What feels extraordinarily good to you and makes you happy?

What would you LOVE to do if you weren’t even paid to do it?
And NOW - the BIG questions. Do you know what the answers even are? If so, How much time are you actually spending doing the above?
Most of us stay VERY, VERY busy doing what we deem to be essential. “So many important things I must do” and thinking “Gosh, I am SO busy. How come I never have time to do what I really want to do? “How come I’m not happy?” The answer is quite simple.
You are most likely living out the “SHOULDS” of what everyone has told you you should be and should do.
You are living on “auto pilot” unconsciously and haven’t taken the time yet to really take a deep look inside and find out the answers to the above 3 questions for yourself.
It will stir up the waters for you and possibly really bring about some muddy and unsettled feelings for a while, but I promise you that it is necessary for you to do this to really move forward.
Stop distracting yourself by spending all your time doing the “SHOULDS”. These things are NOT your true priorities. Start being comfortable with being uncomfortable and step outside your comfort zone.

Dare to DO things differently
The rewards of taking this bold leap are SO huge. If you felt true happiness, wouldn’t it be worth it -- to feel real purpose, passion and enthusiasm every day? It takes courage and commitment to live this way which IS your souls’ true work.
It is the reason you are here and only YOU can bring your gifts to the world -- only YOU have your exact gifts to give. Once you have explored your core beliefs and repetitive actions that have been holding you back, you must ask yourself if these beliefs and actions are really serving your truth and your purpose. Commit to being and allowing yourself to be WHO you really are -- who you were meant to be. An easy way to find out if you are living YOUR truth is to then ask yourself the following questions:
1. Do I feel energized and excited about my life each new day?
2. Am I truly feeling peaceful inside even though “life” is going on around me?
If the answers to the above are “NO”, then commit to taking action RIGHT NOW. Hasn’t your “story” held you back long enough? When will you have more time, and when will there be a better time? Commit to taking just one small action RIGHT NOW. Do something every day to live your dream, to fulfill your purpose. No more excuses. Dare to be MAGNIFICENT YOU!

You have ALL the time there is! There will never be MORE time. It is all about prioritizing. It is the same for all of us. So, just be aware that when you or anybody says “I don’t have time”, what is REALLY being said is, “This is not important enough to me to make it a priority!
